How Our Game Became the Secret Source of Inspiration for Bethesda's New Indiana Jones Project

Two years ago, we decided to develop a game inspired by Ancient Egypt and its gods. This theme has always been interesting to us — we weren’t just following trends or reading about it in the news. We genuinely wanted to create a game that reflected our love for this culture.

We started developing the project without paying attention to what was happening in the gaming industry. Ancient Egypt is always a relevant theme, and we were passionate about creating a game that we love. As time went on and we approached the completion of our demo version, we began to monitor the news and saw that Bethesda was working on an Indiana Jones game.

We were surprised by the many similarities in concept, but that doesn’t mean anyone stole anything from anyone. It’s important to note that this headline is just a joke and carries no accusatory undertone. We sincerely respect the creativity of other developers and understand that similar ideas often arise in the gaming industry.

The main point is that we started creating the game because we have always been passionate about this theme since childhood. We didn’t even consider other new releases and projects in the gaming industry, focusing instead on our vision. Now, as we prepare to launch our demo version, we are excitedly watching how the situation around our favorite theme develops
